Your Choices & Your Voice
Here’s what you should know:
- Sharing is up to you. You can choose to take part or not — either way, you’ll still get to enjoy everything else on the site.
- You decide what to share. Drawings, poems, stories, photos of your projects — it’s your voice, your art, your ideas.
- Your name won’t be shared. When we show what girls share, we remove your name and any private details.
- You can change your mind. If later you don’t want your story or picture included, you (or your parent) can tell us, and we’ll take it out.
- You’re part of something bigger. What you share will help teachers, parents, and other girls understand that growing up is about more than bodies — it’s about feelings, friendships, and culture, too.
How it Works
- Ask a parent or caregiver to read and sign their consent form first.
- Read this page carefully and ask questions if anything doesn’t make sense.
- Say “Yes” or “No.” If you want to share, you’ll click “I agree” or sign your name on the screen. If not, that’s okay too!
- Share your story. You’ll be able to upload a drawing, write a journal entry, or record a short voice note.
You’ll join a circle of girls helping to tell the real story of growing up — one filled with strength, creativity, and heart.
You’re not just a participant; you’re a storyteller, an artist, and a teacher for others who will walk this path after you.
Affirmation: “My story matters. My voice has power. I share what I choose — and that choice belongs to me.”

Did you know…
- Puberty is more than just science. It’s about growing into your emotions, friendships, and confidence.
- Every girl’s journey is unique. Some changes happen early, others later — and that’s perfectly okay.
- Culture shapes your story. The way your family talks about growing up, the music you listen to, and the stories you hear all shape how you see yourself.
- You are not alone. There’s a community of girls growing, learning, and sharing right alongside you.
